After about an hour of driving, we came across this road sign. We’re in Boorhaman!

And sure enough, the brewery was located just by the road sign, hard to be missed. But what was more surprising was the size of this Boorhaman ‘town’, if we may call it such. There were no other buildings along this long road apart from the Buffalo Brewery and restaurant.

Anyway, we were there much earlier than its opening hours, that’s why we spent some time taking photos, since there was nothing else to be done.

Around 11.3oam, we saw a woman opening up the door and we went in. Our initial intention was to have brunch there, but she told us that the kitchen would only be open from 12.30pm onwards! There was no way we would wait for an hour there, so we asked about the brewery. Sadly, the brewery was not open to the public for visiting. Failed attempt number 2.

So what did we do in the end? What else but to get a 6-pack of these locally microbrewed beers! It cost AUD20 and we got to choose different flavours of the beer such as Ginger Ale, Dark Ale, Wheat beer and so on.

We then left Boorhaman and headed to our next destination. It was time to head back to Melbourne for a short detour at a friend’s place. That meant home-cooked dinner and lots of laughter!

Yummy burger…not like here
hey, i really like this.. the scenery is so nice, and we have got sheeps and cows strolling around lazily.. very relaxing view, while munching the look-so-scrumptious McD burgers~~

The stuff they have at McD’s there certainly looks a lot appealing than what we have here. I never bother to go… Expensive and nothing great.

I’m shocked when I saw those burgers from McD.. Really different from the ones we have in M’sia o.o Btw, the sceneries are great over there.. I wish to go there too someday ^^

Haha! Failed twice!! But I think it’s still Ok cos even though you failed to visit the breweries, you got to enjoy the beautiful countryside.
