Juicy BBQ Lamb Chops at Mario’s
Not to forget the well-marinated chicken and lamb for BBQ. When he started cooking them, the aroma that filled the whole house was just unmistakable, even though the BBQ was outdoors.

And Mario’s BBQ lamb was awesome! Simply one of the best that I’ve ever had! I don’t know how he could make the lamb so juicy and tender, bursting with flavours and yet not oily. Also, there was no strong gamey taste at all, and not surprisingly, very addictive! I had at least 3 of the lamb chops *shy* and would have had more if there were extras. 
Trust me, they went off the table like hot cakes! I guess Mario should really be proud of himself. But he said he didn’t cook lamb as well as beef! We’ll definitely have to return one fine day to try his beef then, eh?

All the good food became even better with a bottle of his prized red wine. We called it the Red Dot wine since there was a red sticker on it. But it’s actually a Cavernet Sauvignon from St George’s 2004 collection. Very smooth and easy to drink.

And last but not least, who could forget desserts! We brought a chocolate and coconut cake over from Balsamic restaurant.

Ah, definitely a memorable meal to date. I simply must get the recipe for the lamb chops to cook them over here myself!
