Fit for Life! That’s a well-known phrase in our daily living these days, describing the food we eat and the way we live. At Eccucino, Prince Hotel KL, the Executive Chef Donald J. Pezar, or affectionately known as Chef DJ, understands this well and hence, brings back the Fit for Life food promotion for the benefit of all of us!

Executive Chef DJ has done research, studied and created an exciting range of healthy and nutritious dishes to provide the guests a Fit for Life food experience. The dishes are prepared using fresh, healthy ingredients which have both nutritional and dietary values.

The lemongrass sticks were really similar to the ones found from Balinese cuisine. Very fragrant with the smell of lemongrass plus tender and juicy meat to boot.

The Fit for Life dishes will be featured on Eccucino’s buffet dinner daily at RM88++ per person, from 1-13 June 2010 only. Buffet dinner starts at 6.30pm til 10.30pm.

      Why cannot be healthy?? The menu was protein/meat-based, if you noticed, but of course, to be healthy, you need to minimize on those desserts! LOL!
