Prince Hotel – ENJU’s latest appetizer and BigBoysOven latest creations

Last week, I had the privilege to taste ENJU’s latest creation of appetizer. It was created in line with the upcoming Valentine’s day, so I was really looking forward to try it!

I was engrossed with watching how the Japanese Cuisine Master Chef Thomas Lim worked so meticulously to create a delicate piece of work for us.

Look at the final product! Isn’t it exquisite? Ahi Tuna Duo is a combination of nori-crusted ahi with spicy tobiko aioli and freshly prepared ahi poke.

The tuna pieces on top were delightfully fresh, and the piece of biscuit at the bottom was just delicious! Bravo to the Chef!

When we thought that was over, Sunny from BigBoysOven came walking in, bearing cookies! We all screamed for joy and squealed with laughter. He also brought his new creation for us to try, called Coffee Sushi! So very creative, eh? The sushi was rich with coffee flavour and guess what’s inside? Eggs! Very fragrant! You have to try it to believe it.

Then, we had the chance to try the infamous macarons too! I had the red coloured one, which was filled with black sesame flavoured cream. The macarons were freshly baked, so they were still soft and airy. Loved it to bits!
