Red Tart Cherries goodness!

Red tart cherries
According to various articles, ongoing research shows that tart cherries are a rich source of antioxidants, including melatonin, which help maintain a healthy body and fight the effects of aging. Aging! Well, I guess it’s never too late to start combating the evil effects of aging eh? Who knows, I might end up having the same look now 10 years down the road. *LOL*
They also contain other important nutrients such as beta carotene (19 times as much as blueberries or strawberries) vitamins C, potassium, magnesium, iron, fiber and folate.

Advantages of cherries:

One of the most distinguished advantage of the red tart cherries is the presence of high antioxidant levels. Tart cherry juice concentrate is a natural source of antioxidants for joint health and melatonin for sleep. Also, the same chemicals that give tart cherries their color may relieve pain better than aspirin and ibuprofen. Isn’t that wonderful? That means pain relief using the natural way, rather than using drugs.

After reading all these articles, I am more convinced than ever that the cherry concentrate is extremely beneficial to our body. I am currently consuming this drink once a day, to prevent myself from the effects of aging and to protect myself from cancerous attack.
It’s sourish in taste, so I’d advise you not to drink it on an empty stomach. Also, the melatonin within really helps to give me a good night’s sleep every time!

I’ve been drinking this for a few months. I’ve realized that my skin complexion has gotten brighter, even the pigments are lighter in color. Dunno if its psychologically, or if the cherries has really helped. When I enquired with them, they did reverted that the rich antioxidant of the red tart cherry does work to fight free radicals, which are the culprits behind dull skin tone. Well, I definitely say its worth a try, since its for good health.
